Package Notes
Hardware pricing includes GST. Installation is extra and billed on the day (confirmed after a site check). Sirens (StreetSiren / DoubleDeck) are extras on all packages.
Battery life typically 3–7 years depending on environment and activity. Batteries are supplied at install; replacements are billable unless covered by Battery Care.
Monitoring & SIM are month-to-month. SIM backup is $27.50/mo (inc. GST). Monitoring price $42.50/mo (inc. GST).
Life safety: Smoke/heat/CO alarms are not included by default. We can supply and/or coordinate a licensed installer if required.
Extras-only discount ladder: 0–2 extras: 0% • 3–4: 5% • 5–6: 8% • 7+: 10% (cap).
Typical install time (guide only): 2-bed: 6–7 hours • 3-bed: 9–10 hours • 4-bed: 12–14 hours. Small commercial varies by site. Extras may add time.

Supply-only: We provide fresh, high-quality lithium batteries whenever a low-battery alert is detected — whether identified by you or our team. On-site fitting is optional, helping ensure your system remains reliable without unexpected downtime.

Why lithium?
- Longer life: typically 3–7 years vs 1–2 years for standard alkaline.
- Reliable output: stable power for higher-draw devices (e.g., MotionCam, sirens).
- Temperature resilience: better performance in heat and cold.
- Less hassle: fewer changeouts = less downtime.
Good to know
- Scale as needed: large systems can double up the plan (add extra Home/Commercial blocks) for more annual cells.
